Video: The Hidden Cameras

We arranged to meet The Hidden Cameras front-man, Joel Gibb, at The Cornerhouse to film his session but were promptly told that we could not film in one of the empty cinemas! We had a brief wonder around the area and decided to walk straight into the Palace Hotel to find an empty room. After walking casually through the building, we found an empty bar where Joel performed this awesome session aided by his Tour Manager/Oboist! Now that’s multi-tasking!

Two aspirations were forfilled with this session. The first being we finally got to film in the legendary Piccadilly Records on Oldham Street. The second was that we finally found the band worthy of such a great location. The Answering Machine perform this fantastic version of there current single, Animals, ahead of there album release next year.
