Dead Confederate

Video: Dead Confederate

We were huge fans of Dead Confederate’s awesome second album ‘Sugar’ after seeing them play in Seattle back in September 2010 and we were eager to film with them ahead of their Night and Day gig. We met at the venue and headed round the corner to ‘American Graffitti Vintage Shop’, and after a beeping door alarm and a smashed plate held up proceedings, Hardy Morris performed this perfect rendition of ‘Run From the Gun’.

We had been eager to film with Spokes for some time after hearing their euphoric, heartfelt and utterly beautiful debut album, ‘Everyone I Ever Met’, and we jumped at the opportunity to film them at the equally beautiful Islington Mill, Salford. Spokes perform ‘Sun It Never Comes’ in front of this bleak projection.
