I have a strong interest in health and fitness for many years now. Frankly speaking, i was pretty overweight and never exercised in my younger years.
Then i went into the military.
Well to cut a long story short, i managed to survive (somehow) the rigors of physical and mental ‘torture’. That said and then, i came to appreciate the benefits of being in shape and healthy.
Since then, i have gained and lost weight quite a few times, all the way experimenting with different diets i had came across. I read a lot of books and courses on weight loss and health.
This site is a personal project of mine, where i hope to give readers a resources site for weight loss. I had a team of writers research and put together the article you see here.
If there’s one thing i’ve learned in all these years of testing and results, it’s that no one size (no pun intended) fits all. Your body’s metabolism and genetic make-up is unique and even if one diet works prefectly for someone, it may not work so well for you.
