Texan Josh T. Pearson is a man whose legendary musical output has only grown in stature. Many will be familiar with the short-lived phenomenon that was Lift to Experience, which released one sprawling masterpiece, 2001′s The Texas-Jerusalem Crossroads, before splitting up soon after.
After a 10 years hiatus, in January 2010, Pearson recorded a number of epic acoustic ballads in Berlin, recordings that would end up forming his debut album ‘Last Of The Country Gentlemen’. In August 2010, he signed a worldwide record deal with Mute Records. In March 2011, Mute released his debut solo album ‘Last Of The Country Gentlemen’ to universal critical acclaim.
